Job Description

Lead the execution of the people strategy, and ensure consistent implementation.
Face of HR that provides generalist advice on challenging HR matters and deliver across requirement of the State.
Liaise with clients, employees and leaders on HR activities and ensure the people KPIs are met across various groups.
Responsible for recruitment for respective region.
Source, hire and close positions as per specification within the stipulated time maintaining the optimum cost
of hiring
Ensure process adherence
Introduce the new employee to the concerned HR for joining formalities
Establish relevant documentation and maintain records
Be proactive in assisting Line Managers with staffing requirements
Coordinate with Line Managers for offer rollouts and issuing Letters of Offer and
Appointment to prospective applicants
Partner with operators on new contracts and mobilization.
Partner with the business to make appropriate people decisions.
Partner with business to implement organization and culture change.
Educate business on HR trends that affect the business.
Assist in implementation of on-going employee development, calibration and succession planning processes.
Support business objective through implementation and improvisation of human resource policies and processes.
Drive people plan outcomes employee engagement, capability, effective organization structure etc.
Manage risk, including oversight of the business in terms of adherence to governance procedures and regulatory compliance (people-related).
Ensure effective implementation of grievance redressal framework across sites and State & effectively engage with employee unions and work with site team in order to drive gain for Sodexo and employees.

Experience:
Masters Degree in Human Resources with about 6+ years work experience.
Able to travel, as appropriate.
Experience in dealing with Unions / unionized environment.
Proven ability to use initiative in carrying out tasks.
Strong knowledge of HR and ability to apply to complex organizational issues is required.
Expert level generalist skills and strong consulting and analytical skills are essential.
