Maintain existing client relationships, in particular, those which are not actively in contact with the sales team
- Source and create leads, invite and register delegates for our webinars
- Collate information on delegates, their specific industry sectors, responsibilities
- Actively manage the client database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date for direct marketing activities. Identify past prospects due for follow up calls
- Hit pre-set KPIs and activity levels
A seasoned outbound caller with demonstrable success in telesales, telemarketing or lead generation /inside sales roles
- Experienced in B2B calling
- Effective in understanding each delegate key areas of need and identifying opportunities
- Commercially minded with experience of working to achieve targets
- Excellent oral communication skills and superb listening skills combined with a professional phone manner, a consultative approach and tone of voice
- Highly organised and self motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Confident in overcoming rejection and setting challenging goals on a daily basis
- Must be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines, and work with a team
- Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office, with the ability to maintain accurate database records
- A-level or Graduate level education or equivalent
